Organize PDF
Put your PDF's pages in the order they should be.
How to reorder PDF pages
- Add a PDF; the current order appears as a list of page numbers.
- Edit the list into the order you want; every page must appear exactly once.
- A quick trick: to move page 9 to the front of a 9-page file, change the list to 9, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
- Press Apply order and download the rearranged file; the original stays untouched.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I use this to reverse a PDF?
- Yes: type the page numbers from highest to lowest. Scanners that stack pages face-down are the classic reason.
- Can I duplicate or drop a page while reordering?
- No, this tool is a pure reorder: every page exactly once. To drop pages use the delete-pages tool; run the two in sequence if you need both.
- Does reordering affect quality or file size?
- No. Pages are copied unchanged into the new order; text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.
- Is my file uploaded anywhere?
- No. Reordering happens entirely in your browser; the document never leaves your device.
